Looe Book(ish) club is a book and social club ran by Cove’s founder Jennie. The club meets every month. With 6 books to read in a year, the monthly meetings alternate between social and bookish. This is a casual club with an emphasis on friendship. Come and read between the wines (or tea)!

Talland Bay Walk

Stroll together and meet fellow wellbeing enthusiasts, forge new friendships, and blow away the cobwebs!

Itinerary: Meet at Cove Mind & Body studio at 10:30am. We’ll walk together to Talland Bay where we’ll have packed lunches then walk back to the studio.

Make it your own – feel free to join us both ways or arrange your own transport home from Talland if you prefer a shorter walk.

Over 16’s only, 16-18 year olds must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Candlelit Classes

Unwind and embrace the slower pace of Autumn with our candlelit classes.

Our candlelit classes offer a soul-nourishing blend of gentle movement, slow stretching, and mindfulness to enhance your Pilates practice and soothe your spirit by the soft glitter of candles and fairy lights.

Please bring cozy layers and/or a small blanket for the mindfulness part of the class.
