Learn the fundamentals alongside others who are at the same level. This class focuses on basic movements and has a strong emphasis on understanding technique.
Mixed Ability Pilates
1 hour
Our instructor will offer each exercise with a range of levels. Whether you want to feel challenged that day or choose the lower levels, this class has just what you need.
Zen Yoga
1 hour
Rejuvenate with Zen Yoga. This gentle form of yoga combines traditional asanas (poses) with energetics and mindfulness. Harmonise your movement, mind, organ systems, and the seasons to promote health, wellness, and vitality. After all, the literal translation of Yoga from its original language, Sanskrit, amounts to “union”.
Sports Massage / Soft Tissue Therapy
1 hour
Whether you’re training for your next half marathon or you simply want to live your life with more ease and less pain, sports massage and soft tissue therapy offer a path to better health.
Our skilled therapists are trained in biomechanics (movement science)and aim to find and address the root cause of your problem so you can leave it in the past!
1:1 Pilates
45 minutes – 1 hour
Receive your instructors full attention for 1 hour. This option is particularly helpful for individuals with injuries or conditions that need a little extra care or those who want to gain confidence before attending a group class.

Memberships offer no hassle continuity and will always be the best value way to attend our classes.
Pay As You Go
(£10 per class)
Best for those who want to drop in to classes occasionally. Please book your classes in advance to reserve your space.
Flexible Passes
Best for those who attend classes semi-regularly and value flexibility (no pun inetnded!).
Each pass is valid for 8 classes. You will still need to book your classes to reserve your space.
