Find Your Zen
Zen has a long and distinguished history of meditation and mindfulness as a way of boosting health and well-being as well as awakening to our true nature.
Whether you are a complete beginner to meditation or someone who wants to embed more deeply the zen traditions of meditation in your life, this course shows you how to
- Reduce stress and emotional pain,
- Improve your focus and concentration,
- and find a gateway to a more enlightened way of being.
Traditionally this is called Bompu Zen (literally “usual zen”) This style of meditation and mindfulness is aimed at those looking for things like stress reduction, better sleep or how to deal with pain, and has no particular philosophical or religious content.
